Starting on 29 January 2022, Moxie launches a new Weekend Brunch menu, which is available from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
Led by Head Chef Micheal Smith, Moxie’s new weekend brunch menu includes classic breakfast favorites as well as plant-based dishes such as Scrambled Tofu with potato, pea shoots, and pepper, Sweet Potato Pancakes with berry compote and maple cream, and Three-Grain Congee garnished with cashew, corn, and spring onions, as well as brunch specials such as Black Truffled Scrambled Eggs with Emmental on focaccia and orecchiette puttanesca.
These new brunch dishes are made adaptable for children and for sharing amongst family and friends.
