Starting on March 1st, the culinary team at Cafe will be offering a Spring in Hong Kong Afternoon Tea Set that features spring fruits and blooms as well as Hong Kong classic foods and flavors at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.
The Hong Kong-style savoury delicacies include the Abalone and Mushroom Tart with Avruga caviar, the warm and fresh Grilled Mini Ham and Cheese with guacamole, the Honey Chicken Puff with almond, and the Crispy Fried Shrimp Spring Roll with sweet and sour sauce.
There will be a variety of floral and fruity sweet items such as Kumquat Financier, which is citric in fragrance, Mini Red Velvet Swiss Roll, Sakura Mont Blanc Tart, Blueberry Basque Cheesecake, the bite-sized Strawberry Mille-Feuille, and the Jasmine Blossom Tea Scone that is made for tea lovers. Strawberry jam and clotted cream are also included in the afternoon tea set.
For refreshments, you can choose from a variety of handcrafted beverages like the Mixed Fruits Frappe, Kumquat Jasmine Tea with Honey, and Yuenyeung with condensed milk.
How much does Spring in Hong Kong Afternoon Tea cost?
The Spring in Hong Kong Afternoon Tea is priced at HK$518 for two persons and is available at Cafe every Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, from 1 March – 31 May 2022. A limited number of sets is available each day.

The Stay & Tea staycation package is priced from HK$1,220 per room, per night, and it includes the following:
