This long-awaited four hands collaboration by Chef Kirk Westaway and Chef Alex Dilling is finally happening on 17 and 18 March 2023 at the newly renovated JAAN by Kirk Westaway.
Chef Kirk Westaway and Chef Alex Dilling will be joining hands to showcase their distinct culinary styles with the finest ingredients for both lunch and dinner services on these two dates.
Who is Alex Dilling?
Previously the Executive Chef of two Michelin starred, The Greenhouse, in London, Chef Alex Dilling honed his culinary skills under the masters of French gastronomy and culinary icons, Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze while being mentored and guided by the esteemed Didier Elena and Tony Esnault.
With his constant achievements of creating and maintaining Michelin stars throughout his culinary journey – from Adour and Caviar Russe in New York to Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and The Greenhouse in London – Chef Alex opened his very first standalone Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in September 2022.
His latest restaurant overlooks Regent Street in the heart of London.
Since its launch, Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal has been highly sought-after by local and international food connoisseurs who lust for Chef Alex Dilling’s luxurious interpretation of French classics.

Chef Kirk Westaway and Chef Alex Dilling Four Hands Collaboration
On 17 and 18 March 2023, these two highly acclaimed British chefs and their teams will collaborating and presenting in their shared ingredient-led approach with Chef Kirk Westaway’s plant-forward, modern British style and Chef Alex Dilling’s artistic and skillful flair in interpreting French classics.
You can also expect to experience some of Chef Alex Dilling’s signature dishes from London through this collaboration in Singapore.
Taking place at the recently renovated and elegantly refurnished fine dining restaurant located on Level 70 at Swissôtel The Stamford, JAAN by Kirk Westaway seats 35 guests and is now open for reservation:
