Inspired by Zerzura, a secret oasis in the Sahara Desert, ZZURA, the latest exotic and cosy speakeasy that blends an intimate contemporary Middle-Eastern idea with a lifestyle of elegance and sophistication.
Located on Hollywood Road in the heart of the city, the ‘Saffron Milk Punch’ rum, saffron, pineapple, cardamom, cinnamon, clarified milk, ‘Date Me Old Fashioned’ date infused dark rum, handcrafted coffee bitters with cardamom, and more are among the cocktails influenced by Middle Eastern ingredients.
ZZURA’s Cocktail Programme
The rich spices and exotic fruits that have traveled across the Middle East have inspired each of the bar’s trademark cocktails.
Exploring the rich history of countries such as Morocco, Tunisia, and India, the bar team has created a menu that will pique clients’ interest and take them on a journey of discovery through some skilfully produced cocktails.
The industry’s enthusiastic aficionados, Princebir Singh (former head bartender of Zuma) and Gagan Gurung (co-founder of Tell Camelia collaborated on this menu.
