With Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants award ceremony that will be taking place on 28th March and top chefs from around the world heading to Singapore prior, this March is the epitome of top restaurants’ collaborations for every food connoisseur or destination diners to experience in Singapore.


If you’re new to this and prepared to spend at least S$300+ per experience, March will also be an exhilarating way to kickstart your gastronomic adventures in Singapore.

You can expect to taste some of the favorites, signature dishes or new inspirations from the following restaurants and chefs’ collaboration.

These are renowned chefs and restaurants that are mostly awarded with Asia’s 50 Best, The World’s Best Pastry Chef, Best Female Chef, as well as Michelin stars.

From the wildly popular gastronomic series by Mandala Club, the Mandala Masters has brought in top chefs like Virgilio Martínez, Pía León, Mirazur Mauro Colagreco and Gaggan Anand from the best restaurants around the world since its launch.
