Welcome to the new standard of flying. Introducing Qsuite: First in Business.
Posted by Qatar Airways on Wednesday, March 8, 2017
After 2 years in making, Qatar Airways is bringing the “first class experience in business class” with its latest new and innovative seats. I haven’t flown business class with Qatar Airways before but such news excites me.
Launched overnight at ITB Berlin, the world’s largest travel trade show, Qatar Airway’s group chief executive, His Excellency Mr Akbar Al Baker said that the QSuite would challenge industry norms by offering more privacy, choices, and personalisation with fares unaffected.
Let’s check out the new QSuite’s cabin design!
Yes, just close the door – let me enjoy the privacy and view.
I’ll be so pleased to be seated close to my partner too. What took them so long? 😉
This is a private party now, isn’t it! Fantastic for families. Our mums will be so impressed!
Hush! I imagine that I’d sleep very well for my future business trips on Qatar.
Besides the new cabin design, the new seats will be finished with hand-stitched Italian leather and satin rose gold and it’ll come with luxury bed linens. Purrrr.
New Amenity Kits
Passengers on night-time flights will be gifted cotton pyjamas by one of their new partner, The White Company. And amenity Kits designed by luggage brand Bric’s will feature products from Italy’s prestigious Castello Monte Vibiano.
Improved Entertainment Options
The Oryx One in-flight entertainment system is being improved with a total of 3,000 different content options ranging from films to music to games.
More Personalised Dining Options
On top of its current “dine of demand” service which allows passengers to eat at any time they wish, the new business class menu will also offer a selection of snack sharing dishes throughout the flight.
For people like me who prefer to sleep-in during flight, a “wake-up express breakfast” will also be available.
360 Tour of Qatar Airways New Business Class: QSuite
The new QSuite will make its debut on flights to London, followed by Paris and New York from June 2017 onwards. By end of the year, the upgraded business cabin will also be standard on Airbus Group SE A350-1000 wide-bodies and some older A350-900s.
A sample of Qatar Airways business class sale from Hong Kong to London starts from about HKD19,000 (return), and Singapore to London from about S$3,300 (return) for travel in October.
I hope I’ll have the chance to experience this with my partner and our families one day!
