Queen’s Coronation Anglo-Indian Tasting Menu
Chef de Cuisine Manav Tuli will be creating Anglo-Indian dishes with a rich heritage dating back to the mid-18th century during British colonial control in India, when Indian food had a lasting impact on English cuisine.
The Queen’s Coronation Anglo-Indian Tasting Menu includes eight courses of Anglo-Indian delicacies such as an elevated Anglo-Indian inspired favorites like Mulligatawny Soup with mint and cumin, Coronation Guinea Fowl Tikka with Kashmiri chilli and coronation dressing, Chicken Balti with bell pepper, cumin, and turmeric, and Railway Lamb Curry with potato, coconut, and curry leaf.
The curries are paired with sides of Bombay Potato with mustard, ginger, and tomato, Dal Fry, Barishta Pulao, Pomegranate Raita, and your choice of Naan (plain, garlic or butter.)
Baked Rice Pudding, an Indian-spiced traditional dessert with cinnamon cake and caramelized almonds, rounds up the dinner.
