We were the first guest to check in on the first day of the hotel launch. The hotel location is conveniently located right opposite Imbiah Station and the hotel provides a car valet service for parking.
Starting right from the limousine pick-up to check-out, the overall service was top-notched under the extra care from the senior hotel manager, Christine, hotel manager, Liza, and every single staff who kickstarted the launch of this wellness hotel.
Halim, the hotel doorman, was an absolute gem. His sincerity and bright smile (behind the mask) gave us a great first impression of the hotel right from the moment we arrived and whenever we entered/left the hotel.
Peiyi who handled our check-in at the reception was cheerful and so camera-friendly when I was documenting our experience. It felt really comfortable when the staff treats you like a friend while maintaining their professionalism at the same time.
We check-in to the Junior Suite which was perfect for 2. The organic bar snacks, wellness drinks, and toiletries were excellent.
We also loved the sleep-inducing mattress and pillows, the high ceilings in the suite, the full window view that stretches across the wall and the water pressure for the shower is fantastic.
I have a highly sensitive sense of smell so I could smell this mild, fresh paint from the heritage doors in the bedroom at night. Since it was the first day of launch, it’ll go away completely in no time. Overall, the suite was very comfortable.
The daily breakfast at Bedrock was delightful and substantial. There are many breakfast options to choose from and the Power Greens Juice was so good.
Most importantly, we enjoyed the unlimited complimentary wellness class so much!
They are included in our hotel package and we took part in Aqua Zumba, Sunset Yoga, Balm-Making Class as well as a complimentary spa which includes a full body massage for 2. We also appreciate the hotel turndown service where we were always greeted with a nicely spruced up suite and a small surprise gift.
These made our staycation even more worthwhile and memorable as both of us love being active, calm and relaxed at the same time. The overall vibes were very inclusive and comfortable for people of all ages.
All in all, this was such a fun-filled and memorable staycation for me and my mom.
