Starting November 8, Moxie will be offering a new weekday A La Carte and Set Breakfast menu with its plant-forward, ingredient-led cuisine.
In keeping with Moxie’s ethos, the menu is primarily plant-based and based on produce-led, health-conscious, and satisfying cooking.
New dishes like Coconut and Chia Pudding and Smoked Salmon on Malted Rye are on the breakfast menu, and they’re prepared with the produce and ingredients available.
Crushed Avocado on Focaccia is made with Taiwanese avocados and topped with green harissa and Japanese cherry tomatoes.
Scrambled Black Bean Tofu on Multi-grain Sourdough provides a plant-powered protein boost, served with sauce kasundi – a spiced tomato chutney made with an anti-inflammatory turmeric and fermented mustard seed blend – and fibre-rich chickpeas.
Three Grain Congee with Sesame, Corn, and Shiitake is a spelt, barley, and buckwheat-based version of an all-time classic Chinese breakfast offering.
Where, when and how much?
Moxie is located at the crossroads of LANDMARK Atrium and Prince’s Building – a new go-to spot for Central’s early-morning breakfast meetings.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 a.m. on weekdays. The Set Menu costs HK $198 and includes two dishes as well as coffee or tea.
Moxie is open all day, serving breakfast (Mon-Fri), lunch, and dinner (Mon-Sun).
