Starting on November 27, 2021, Amalfitana’s Central location will offer a Premium Saturday Brunch once a month. Get ready to be whisked away to the Amalfi Coast for the afternoon and enjoy the best of this region.
Every last Saturday, feast on sought-after delights over a 3-course Campania Brunch (HK$1,280/p + 10% early-bird or HK$1,500/p + 10% at the door), which includes a 3-hour free flow beverage package and a premium brunch menu featuring some Italian culinary favourites and specials.
Guests can choose one of three starters from a stunning array of light dishes such as the creamy Burrata, Cold Cuts Platter with Parma ham & mortadella, or Calamari served with a creamy Semolina tartar sauce.
For the main course, brunch lovers get to choose from the available pizza selection including Stracciatella with San Marzano DOP sauce, ‘nduja, Stracciatella and basil leaf; signature Amalfitana, classic Salsiccia E Porcini with San Marzano DOP sauce, Mozzarella Fior di Latte, Luganega sausage, porcini mushroom or pesto base Vegetarian.
You also get to finish off the meal on a sweet note with either a Tiramisu or a refreshing Coconut Sherbet.
Brunch is simply breakfast without the alcohol, so guests may enjoy the complimentary drinks and the option to upgrade to a bottle of Champagne for only +HK$780, a very unique deal for the celebration.
If 3 hours aren’t enough, you can top up for the After Party ticket at HK$280 (including 2 drinks). From 3 to 5 p.m., add a couple of drinks to your ultimate brunch experience while listening to a live saxophonist, dancers, and DJ Noel perform.
