Mandala Masters, the prestigious culinary residency programme in Singapore, is set to welcome Indian Accent, a multi-award-winning restaurant from New Delhi, for a two-week residency from May 9 to 25, 2023.
The event, sponsored by Amaya Ventures, a Singapore-based single-family office, will showcase Indian Accent’s unique take on Indian cuisine. Indian Accent will be featuring traditional Indian flavors reimagined with contemporary techniques and global influences.

Chef Manish Mehrotra, Indian Accent’s Culinary Director, has been recognized as the No. 1 Chef in India by various organizations and publications, including Culinary Culture and American Express.
The restaurant has also received numerous awards and distinctions, including the 19th position on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List 2023 and being listed in TIME Magazine’s ‘World’s 100 Greatest Places’.
What can you expect at Indian Accent at Mandala Club

During the residency, Chef Manish Mehrotra will bring his inventive and creative approach to Indian cuisine to Mandala Club, Singapore’s premier private members club, for exclusive lunch and dinner menus starting at S$188++ and S$238++ respectively.

Guests can expect a gastronomic journey featuring exciting dishes such as Kanyakumari crab with sago pongal and caviar, succulent Wagyu pathar kebab with bone marrow nihari, and a decadent dessert of doda burfi treacle tart with caramelized milk ice-cream.
The culinary experience will feature a choice of 4-, 7- or 9-course menus.
The Key People Behind Indian Accent

Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, Executive Chef at Indian Accent, will be cooking alongside with Chef Manish Mehrotra for the residency, along with their 40-strong team. Both chefs have spent over two decades with the EHV International Group, which was founded by restaurateur Rohit Khattar.

Varun Sharma, Head of Bars at EHV International, will be present throughout the residency to highlight Indian Accent’s thoughtfully curated beverage program, which features craft cocktails and unique infusions.

Kevin Rodrigues, Head of Wines at EHV International, has developed an extensive wine list to complement the distinct flavors of the culinary journey.
