Hotel Indigo Singapore has recently launched its free-flow Sunday Brunch within its pet-friendly alfresco garden bar in the vibrant Katong neighborhood.
On every alternate Sunday, a selection of Hotel Indigo Garden’s signature dishes, Aperol cocktails, and house wines is served in a lively, elevated atmosphere, complete with lounge chairs and sunshades for a relaxing brunch with options of free-flow food and free-flow cocktails and house wines.

What kind of free-flow food is served?
Some of the crowd favorites are mod-Asian dishes such as Angus Cubes – Margaret River Angus from the Wok with Kampot black pepper and garlic chips, Chilli Crab Cake – crab meat croquette served with chili crab dip and mantou chips and Philly Cheese Steak Pita.
You can also order side dishes like Italian Cold Cuts, Truffle Fries, Calamari, and French Cheeses on their free-flow ala-carte menu.
What type of free-flow drinks can I order?
You can choose from house wines to specialty Aperol cocktails such as The Classic – a tall glass of Aperol, prosecco, and soda, The Two-One-Two – Aperol, tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit juice, or even the bubbly Aperol Spritz Mimosa – Aperol, orange juice and prosecco.
A range of refreshing Aperol cocktails is available on the ala-carte cocktails menu. Cocktails like Aperol Margarita, Rose Spritz, and Wild Heart that are specially made for Aperol lovers.
When is this free-flow brunch available?
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month between 11.30am to 2.30pm with the next brunch on 26 June 2022.
What’s the maximum number of pets per table?
You can bring along your furry friends with no more than 2 small to medium-sized pets or 1 large-sized pet per table.
