This summer, celebrate with a delectable assortment of crab specialties as Cafe at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui Cafe serves up the Crab Fiesta Themed Buffet, which is available from 21 April to 31 July 2022.
Begin the evening with crab-themed appetizers like Crab Meat Salad with flying fish roe, Thai-style crab meat and green papaya salad, warm and smooth Crab Bisque, and Crab Chowder.
Refresh yourself with chilled fresh Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Scottish brown crabs, and other seasonal seafood such as New Zealand Green Lip Mussels, Vietnamese Prawns, Crayfish, and Cafe’s distinctive Boston Lobster on ice with limitless servings.
At the Japanese sushi and tempura station, you should check out the Soft Shell Crab and cucumber roll, Crab Meat and Crab Paste Gunkan Sushi, and the crunchy and juicy Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab Tempura.
You can also sample the Cantonese-style and garlicky Typhoon Shelter Mud Crab, as well as the Singapore-style Black Pepper Mud Crab.
At the open kitchen oven, Crab Meat braised with broccoli, Fried Rice with Crab Meat and egg white, as well as a freshly baked Crab Meat Pizza with tomato and basil are available for your delight.
Moving on to the live station, you’ll get Crab Meat and Crab Roe Risotto, fried and swirled on a massive Parmesan cheese wheel. This creamy and nutty Parmesan cheese flavor complements the enticing crab umami.
